Altheria “Ally” Mann, LMBT
I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist originally from Columbus, Ohio. I began my therapeutic massage career in 2014, after graduating from Heritage College. As a massage therapist, I specialize in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Prenatal, and I like to incorporate both myofascial releases and muscle energy techniques. I feel as though my massage style is different than most because I like to find the root of the problem and work it out with my own special touch and relaxation techniques. One thing I love most about being a massage therapist is having the ability to treat clients and help them feel his or her best. I have experience working with clients of all different backgrounds and have worked along the lines of medical professionals to ensure that each client received optimal care. I believe that massage therapy is important because it allows you to obtain overall wellness by freeing your mind, healing your body, and relaxing your soul.

Renee Mendez LMBT
My name is Renee,I am a mother of 5 daughters and practice Muay Thai in my spare time with my husband. I have been practicing the art of massage therapy for over 10 years and developed a passion for helping others with massage at a young age while having my own health issues with little to no answers. I have obtained a variety of modalities I've learned to work with, some being: Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, neuromuscular massage, Myofascial release, Reiki (energy healing little to no touch), Pregnancy massage, Thai massage, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Manual Lymphatic drainage. My goal with every massage is to provide a safe space for relaxation and provide quality care to meet the specific needs of each client. I am here to be a catalyst for health and well-being of everyone I work with.
