Shortens recovery time for muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. Swedish massage is soothing, gentle, thorough, and nurturing as it can help reduce emotional and physical stress. It is suggested in a regular program for stress management .

Deep Tissue Massage

Focuses on more specific areas. It provides relief and release’s chronic muscle tension and acute muscle spasms through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction on contracted muscles, tendons and fascia. A deep tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and get blood and oxygen circulating properly.

Hot Stone

Massage is a growing trend used today in most Spa’s. This massage uses warm basalt stones throughout your massage to melt away muscle tension. The therapist will use the stones as massage tools so you will get the most benefit from the heated stones. This massage is the perfect way to relax and unwind .
